About PRHO
An AI & automation studio run by operators, for operators.
PRHO Solutions was founded because most AI work we saw being sold was either a slide deck or a science experiment. We build the third thing: real systems that ship, hold up, and pay back.
Why we started PRHO Solutions.
Between us, we had spent years running operations for holiday rentals, real estate, and service businesses. The pattern was always the same: phenomenal people doing phenomenally repetitive work. Every tool promised to fix it. None of them did, at least not at the edges where the work actually lived.
Then LLMs got usable. Voice AI got real. And the math changed. Things that used to require a ten-person team could now be done by a three-person team plus a set of well-behaved automations. We started building those automations for our own operations — and the results embarrassed us in a good way.
We now do this work for other operators. Same discipline. Same measure twice, build once. The difference is we have done it in our own business first, so we know which promises hold up in production and which are just LinkedIn posts.

How we think
Six operating principles. We enforce them on ourselves first.

Operators first, engineers second.
We have run the teams, closed the books, and answered the tickets. Every automation we build is shaped by what it feels like to do the job before the automation existed.

Ship before you scope.
A working prototype in week two beats a perfect requirements document in week twelve. We show you the thing, not a picture of the thing.

Own the measure.
If we cannot name the number we are moving — minutes saved, tickets deflected, calls booked — we do not take the project.

No vendor kickbacks.
We recommend the tool that fits the problem. If your existing stack works, we will tell you. If a better stack is obvious, we will say so — but never because someone paid us to.

Leave it better than we found it.
Docs, runbooks, tests, evals. If our last day with you were tomorrow, everything we shipped would still run on Monday.

Honest about AI.
We build AI into workflows every week. We also tell people when AI is the wrong answer. That is why they trust us when we say it is the right one.
